Community Support Projects

At the heart of the Hall Ecology Ltd ethos is our support to community based projects.  We have provided interest talks to community groups, lessons on ecology and environment to schools at both primary and secondary, talks to university students on ecology and the realities of working as an ecologist as well as supporting conservation groups by providing free support and advice.

Hall Ecology Ltd is also proud to support veterans groups by providing training and support to enable those leaving the Armed Forces to transition into a civilian career in the environmental sector.

One of our latest projects is the Spurn Bat Project where our ecologists are working with the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust, the University of Hull and Bishop Burton College to promote bat conservation at the Spurn nature reserve in East Yorkshire.   The Spurn Bat Project is expected to last until at least 2024.

Another of our latest community support projects is working with the veteran’s charity Hull For Heroes on their Veterans Village project in Hull.
